Intellectual Property Complaint Policy

La TeTe De Lit provides a platform for creators to sell their own unique merchandise. All users agree to our terms and conditions before using our services. We strictly prohibit users from using our platform to sell products that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

It is our policy to promptly remove any content we believe in good faith to infringe upon intellectual property rights once we receive a valid notice. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts for repeated infringement.

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by a user of La TeTe De Lit, please contact us at support@latetedelit.com. Your notification must include the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the intellectual property owner.
2. The URL(s) or product links to the La TeTe De Lit listing(s) of the allegedly infringing merchandise.
3. Identification of the copyright, trademark, or other rights that have been infringed, with supporting documentation proving ownership (e.g., copies of existing trademark or copyright registrations).
4. Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
5. A statement in good faith that the use of the material identified is not authorized by the rights owner or its licensee and amounts to infringement under applicable law.

Counter-Notice Policy

If you believe that your listing was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice. Please note that filing a counter-notice when your design infringes on intellectual property could make you liable for damages, including legal fees. If you are unsure, consult an attorney before filing.

To file a counter-notice, send the following information to support@latetedelit.com:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
3. Identification of the removed material, including the URL(s) or product link(s) to the La TeTe De Lit listing(s) in question.
4. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal or disabling of access to the material was due to a mistake or misidentification.
5. Your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court in the district where you live (if in the U.S.), or the jurisdiction where your service provider is located (if outside the U.S.).
6. Your consent to accept service of process from the party who submitted the takedown notice or an agent of that party.

Once a counter-notice is submitted, a copy may be sent to the complaining party. If the intellectual property owner does not file a court action within 10 to 14 business days, the removed material may be restored, or access to it reinstated.

Repeat Infringement Policy

La TeTe De Lit takes intellectual property rights seriously. We track repeat violators and may terminate accounts if repeated violations occur. We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates our Terms of Service, even without multiple strikes.
