- Defective Items: If there is a defect in the product (e.g., the material is faulty, the stitching is coming undone, the print is blurry or off-center), please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will process a refund after reviewing your case.
2. Size Discrepancy
- If the size of the product you received differs from the measurements listed in our size chart by more than 1.5 inches, you are eligible for a refund. Please provide photos with the actual measurements of the item using a measuring tape.
3. Lost in Transit
- If your order is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, we ask that you first check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office. If the package is still not located, please contact us within 30 days. We will investigate and assist in either locating the package or issuing a refund.
4. Product Doesn’t Match Description
- If the item you receive significantly differs from its description on our website (wrong material, different color, incorrect design), you are eligible for a refund. Please provide detailed evidence of the discrepancy.
Non-Eligible Refunds
In some cases, refunds will not be issued, including but not limited to:
- Items that have been worn or used: If the item shows signs of wear, has been washed, or has any modifications made by the customer, it will not be eligible for return or refund.
- Incorrectly ordered items: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for orders where the wrong size, color, or design was chosen by the customer. Please ensure you check all details carefully before placing your order.
- Late Requests: Refund requests made after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
- Return without approval: If you return the item without prior approval via email, we cannot guarantee that we will accept the return or issue a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

- Send an email to Support@Latetedelit.com with your order details, including your order number, proof of purchase, and photos that show the issue (if applicable)
- Please include photos of:
- The product and its defect/damage.
- The shipping label on the package.
- The product size tag/neck label (for size-related issues).
2. Wait for Response
- Our Customer Support team will review your case and respond within 2–3 business days. You will receive further instructions on how to return the item if applicable.
3. Return the Item
- Once we approve your return request, you will receive the return shipping address and instructions. Please ensure that the item is packaged securely and use a trackable shipping service to send the item back.
- Important: Do not return any items without prior confirmation from us. We are not responsible for lost packages if you return items without approval or without tracking information.
4. Send Tracking Information
- Once the item is shipped back, send us the return tracking number or a picture of the shipping receipt. We need this information to confirm that your return is on its way.
5. Refund Process
- Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. You will also receive an email confirming that the refund has been processed.
Refund Timeline
Refunds typically take between 10-15 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider. If you have not received your refund after this period:

Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us, except in cases where the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Initial Shipping Fees: We will refund the full cost of the order, including the initial shipping fees you paid when purchasing the product, if the error is on our side (damaged, incorrect, or defective items).

- Timeframe for Refunds: You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund. After this period, we will consider the order as accepted and no refunds will be issued.
- Product Condition: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Lost Packages: We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during return shipping. We strongly advise using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package arrives safely.
